Vid 1.1 How to track your daily habits?
Think of two new habits that you would like to start. These habits can be related to nutrition, fitness, academics, or your mental health. The example below shows you two habits related to academics and nutrition.
It is important for us to ask ourselves “Why do we want to do this habit?”. Habits have a long-lasting effect on our lives, and it is important that we understand why we are doing them so that we can maintain the habit long-term. After we have decided on our habit, we focus on the Why?
So, you create a habit because you want to become someone who is a better version of yourself.
